RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final and non-refundable. Order cancellations are only possible within 3 hours from the time of purchase. Please go through our returns and exchange policies below for more information.
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, email us at email@example.com. Please send a photo of the damaged item or wrong item if applicable. You have 48 hours from when you receive the package to inform us about the defective or incorrect items. After 48 hours, we will not be able to replace the items.
- If you would like to return the incorrect or defective item and don’t want a replacement, you want a refund. We can issue you store credit or refund the cost of the item (return delivery charge is applicable in this case).
- Return is not applicable for discounted/sale items.
- No return for items purchased during Black Friday or any other Big sales.
- Return only applies for hijabs; it doesn’t apply for hijab accessories for hygiene reasons.
- Timing: we have a five-day Exchange Policy since the day the item was received.
- To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'EXCHANGE' and include your order number, name, the item you want to exchange, and the replacement item you would prefer in place of the exchanged item.
- Our customer care agent will provide you with instructions and arrange the exchange.
- Please NOTE that customers are responsible for the shipping cost in returning the items and the shipping cost of new things which are to be delivered.
- Exchange shipping fee is applicable and is to be confirmed with our customer care team.
